Sanda is a modern Chinese hand to hand combat, punch , kick and wrestling.

Le Sanda est une déclinaison sportive du kung fu. Une boxe pieds-poings avec des projections. Nous participons aussi aux combats de kickboxing. 

Choy Lee Fut style is Chinese kung fu systems with hand and foot techniques ,combined with the extended circular movements. Le style de Kung fu pratiqué à la rive sud de Montréal est le Choy Lee Fut 蔡李佛 ou Style du Leopard .
